Here are a few questions you might want answers to:

• Does my parent/career need to purchase a M&G/V.I.P ticket to be allowed entry?
  NO! When purchasing tickets your parent/career will only need to purchase a standard ticket. This is because a lot of venues will only allow children under the age of 16 entry if an adult 18+ is present (you may be required to show I.D) . You will still be able to purchase a M&G/V.I.P ticket to the show.​
   

• Can I get a refund?
  Unfortunately we do not give refunds unless the show has been cancelled. We do not refund travel or expenses. If you want help to sell your ticket please contact us via email or twitter so we can help try to sell your ticket safely. If tickets are being sold without our acknowledgement, you will be refused entry. 
   

• How do I get on a show?
  If you are an upcoming artist that is looking to perform please contact us via email with a video clip of you singing as well as all of your social media links. We love looking for new talent to put on shows.
   

• How do I find out where the show is being held?
  Each show that we put on will have a poster with the name of the venue & address. The poster will also have the name of every artist that is performing. The poster will be on our website as well as our social media pages.
   

• Can I take my camera?
  Yes. However some venues do not allow professional cameras on site unless they have been given a press pass. We will mention if you are allowed to take your camera when we announce the venue for a show.
